شَهَادَةُ الْمُسْتَمِعِ لِلْمِزْمَارِ ٩ - ذَهَبَ جُمْهُورُ الْفُقَهَاءِ إِلَى أَنَّهُ لاَ تُقْبَل شَهَادَةُ الْمُسْتَمِعِ لِلْمِزْمَارِ وَتُرَدُّ شَهَادَتُهُ وَتَسْقُطُ عَدَالَتُهُ (٢) . وَتَفْصِيل ذَلِكَ فِي مُصْطَلِحِ (مَعَازِفُ) .
