إِضَافَةُ الإِْيلاَءِ إِلَى الْوَقْتِ: ١٤ - الإِْيلاَءُ يَقْبَل الإِْضَافَةَ إِلَى الْوَقْتِ عِنْدَ جُمْهُورِ الْفُقَهَاءِ، لأَِنَّ الإِْيلاَءَ يَمِينٌ، وَالْيَمِينُ يَحْتَمِل التَّعْلِيقَ بِالشَّرْطِ وَالإِْضَافَةِ إِلَى الْوَقْتِ. (٢)
