أ - وَطْءُ الإِْنْسَانِ الْمُصْحَفَ: ٧٢ - لاَ خِلاَفَ بَيْنَ الْفُقَهَاءِ فِي أَنَّ الْمُسْلِمَ إِذَا وَطِئَ الْمُصْحَفَ عَلَى قَصْدِ الإِْهَانَةِ وَالاِسْتِخْفَافِ فَإِنَّهُ يَصِيرُ بِذَلِكَ مُرْتَدًّا. أَمَّا إِذَا فَعَل ذَلِكَ مُكْرَهًا أَوْ مُضْطَرًّا فَلاَ يَكْفُرُ (٢) .
