الرَّابِعَ عَشَرَ: إِنْجَازُ التَّصَرُّفِ الْمُوَكَّل فِيهِ: ١٩١ - نَصَّ الْحَنَفِيَّةُ عَلَى أَنَّهُ يَنْعَزِل الْوَكِيل بِلاَ عَزْلٍ بِنِهَايَةِ الشَّيْءِ الْمُوَكَّل فِيهِ، كَمَا لَوْ وَكَّلَهُ بِقَبْضِ دَيْنٍ فَقَبَضَهُ، أَوْ وَكَّلَهُ بِنِكَاحِ امْرَأَةٍ فَزَوَّجَهُ (٣) .
