ج - النَّفَقَةُ: ٦ - اتَّفَقُوا عَلَى وُجُوبِ نَفَقَةِ الْبِنْتِ الْفَقِيرَةِ غَيْرِ الْمُتَزَوِّجَةِ عَلَى وَالِدِهَا إِذَا كَانَ غَنِيًّا. أَمَّا إِذَا كَانَتِ الْبِنْتُ غَنِيَّةً، فَلاَ تَجِبُ لَهَا النَّفَقَةُ، وَإِذَا كَانَتْ كَبِيرَةً وَفَقِيرَةً فَتَجِبُ لَهَا النَّفَقَةُ أَيْضًا مَعَ بَعْضِ الشُّرُوطِ. (٤) وَلِتَفْصِيل ذَلِكَ انْظُرْ مُصْطَلَحَ (نَفَقَة)
