إِمْكَانُ الإِْجْمَاعِ: ٣ - اتَّفَقَ الأُْصُولِيُّونَ عَلَى أَنَّ الإِْجْمَاعَ مُمْكِنٌ عَقْلاً، وَذَهَبَ جُمْهُورُهُمْ إِلَى أَنَّهُ مُمْكِنٌ عَادَةً، وَخَالَفَ فِي ذَلِكَ النَّظَّامُ وَغَيْرُهُ (٢) . وَخَالَفَ الْبَعْضُ فِي إِمْكَانِ نَقْلِهِ.
