١٠٤ - وَنَزْعُ الظُّفُرِ الْمَكْسُورِ مُبَاحٌ بِاتِّفَاقِ الأَْئِمَّةِ (٥) ، وَصَرَّحَ الشَّافِعِيَّةُ بِأَلاَّ يُجَاوِزَ الْقِسْمَ الْمَكْسُورَ، وَهَذَا لاَ يُخْتَلَفُ فِيهِ.
