١٠٥ - وَالْفَصْدُ وَالْحِجَامَةُ بِلاَ نَزْعِ شَعْرٍ جَائِزَةٌ عِنْدَ فُقَهَاءِ الْمَذَاهِبِ الأَْرْبَعَةِ. وَمِثْلُهُمَا الْخِتَانُ. لَكِنْ تَحَفَّظَ الْمَالِكِيَّةُ بِالنِّسْبَةِ لِلْفَصْدِ، فَقَالُوا: يَجُوزُ الْفَصْدُ لِحَاجَةٍ إِنْ لَمْ يَعْصِبِ الْعُضْوَ الْمَفْصُودَ، وَإِنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُ حَاجَةٌ لِلْفَصْدِ فَهُوَ مَكْرُوهٌ، وَإِنْ عَصَبَهُ فَفِيهِ الْفِدْيَةُ (٦) .
