١١٦١ - مَسْأَلَةٌ وَمَنْ حَلَفَ أَنْ لَا يَهَبَ لِأَحَدٍ عَشْرَةَ دَنَانِيرَ فَوَهَبَ لَهُ أَكْثَرَ حَنِثَ، إلَّا أَنْ يَنْوِيَ الْعَدَدَ الَّذِي سَمَّى فَقَطْ فَلَا يَحْنَثُ. [مَسْأَلَةٌ حَلَفَ أَنْ لَا يَجْمَعَهُ مَعَ فُلَانٍ سَقْفٌ]
