١٧٢٠ - مَسْأَلَةٌ: وَمَنْ تَرَكَ ابْنًا وَابْنَةً، أَوْ ابْنًا وَابْنَتَيْنِ فَصَاعِدًا، أَوْ ابْنَةً وَابْنًا فَأَكْثَرَ، أَوْ اثْنَيْنِ وَبِنْتَيْنِ فَأَكْثَرَ: فَلِلذَّكَرِ سَهْمَانِ، وَلِلْأُنْثَى سَهْمٌ. هَذَا نَصُّ الْقُرْآنِ، وَإِجْمَاعٌ مُتَيَقَّنٌ.
