١٩٦٧ - مَسْأَلَةٌ: وَمَنْ جَعَلَ إلَى امْرَأَتِهِ أَنْ تُطَلِّقَ نَفْسَهَا: لَمْ يَلْزَمْهُ ذَلِكَ، وَلَا تَكُونُ طَالِقًا - طَلَّقَتْ نَفْسَهَا أَوْ لَمْ تُطَلِّقْ - لِمَا ذَكَرْنَا قَبْلُ مِنْ أَنَّ الطَّلَاقَ إنَّمَا جَعَلَهُ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى لِلرِّجَالِ لَا لِلنِّسَاءِ.
