٧١١ - مَسْأَلَةٌ: وَمَنْ لَهُ عَبْدَانِ فَأَكْثَرُ فَلَهُ أَنْ يُخْرِجَ عَنْ أَحَدِهِمَا تَمْرًا وَعَنْ الْآخَرِ شَعِيرًا، صَاعًا صَاعًا. وَإِنْ شَاءَ التَّمْرَ عَنْ الْجَمِيعِ، وَإِنْ شَاءَ الشَّعِيرَ عَنْ الْجَمِيعِ؛ لِأَنَّهُ نَصُّ الْخَبَرِ الْمَذْكُورِ؟ [مَسْأَلَةٌ الصِّغَارُ مِنْ يدفع زَكَاة الْفِطْر عَنْهُمْ]
