قَالَ: (وَلَا يَبِيعُ وَلَا يَشْتَرِي فِي الْمَجْلِسِ لِنَفْسِهِ) لِمَا فِيهِ مِنَ التُّهْمَةِ، وَلَا بَأْسَ فِي غَيْرِ الْمَجْلِسِ. وَعَنْ أَبِي حَنِيفَةَ - رَحِمَهُ اللَّهُ - يُكْرَهُ أَيْضًا، وَإِنَّمَا يَبِيعُ وَيَشْتَرِي مِمَّنْ لَا يَعْرِفُهُ وَلَا يُحَابِيهِ.
