(وَإِنْ أَصَابَهُ الطَّرَفَانِ أَوْ لَا يَعْلَمُ ضَمِنَ نِصْفَ الدِّيَةِ) ؛ لِأَنَّ إِضَافَةَ الْمَوْتِ إِلَى أَحَدِهِمَا لَيْسَ بِأَوْلَى مِنَ الْآخَرِ فَيُضَافُ إِلَيْهِمَا.
