قال: "فأما العبد فإقراره نافذ في حق نفسه" لقيام أهليته "غير نافذ في حق مولاه" رعاية لجانبه، لأن نفاذه لا يعرى عن تعلق الدين برقبته أو كسبه، وكل ذلك إتلاف ماله.
