" وَيَفْسُدُ بِهِ " أَيْ بِالْوَطْءِ الْمَذْكُورِ مِنْ غَيْرِ الْخُنْثَى " حَجّ " لِلنَّهْيِ عَنْهُ فِي الْآيَةِ وَالْأَصْلُ فِي النَّهْيِ اقْتِضَاءُ الْفَسَادِ " قَبْلَ التَّحَلُّلَيْنِ " لَا بَيْنَهُمَا كَسَائِرِ الْمُحَرَّمَاتِ " وَ " تَفْسُدُ بِهِ " عُمْرَةُ " بِقَيْدٍ زِدْته بِقَوْلِي " مُفْرَدَةٌ " كَالْحَجِّ وَغَيْرُ الْمُفْرَدَةِ تابعة للحج صحة وفسادا
