فتح الوهاب بشرح منهج الطلابZakariyya al-Ansari

" وَلَوْ شَرَطَ " الْوَاقِفُ " شَيْئًا " يَقْصِدُ كَشَرْطِ أَنْ لَا يُؤَجِّرَ أَوْ أَنْ يَفْضُلَ أَحَدٌ أَوْ يُسَوِّيَ أَوْ اخْتِصَاصِ نَحْوِ مَسْجِدٍ كَمَدْرَسَةٍ ورباط بطائفة كشافعية " اُتُّبِعَ " شَرْطُهُ رِعَايَةً لِغَرَضِهِ وَعَمَلًا بِشَرْطِهِ وَتَعْبِيرِي بِذَلِكَ أَعَمُّ مِمَّا عَبَّرَ بِهِ.
