" فَإِنْ لَمْ يَبْقَ أَكْثَرُ مِنْ سُدُسٍ " بِأَنْ لَمْ يَبْقَ شَيْءٌ كَبِنْتَيْنِ وَأُمٍّ وَزَوْجٍ مَعَ جَدٍّ وَإِخْوَةٍ أَوْ بَقِيَ سُدُسٌ كَبِنْتَيْنِ وَأُمٍّ مَعَ جَدٍّ وَإِخْوَةٍ أَوْ بَقِيَ دُونَهُ كَبِنْتَيْنِ وَزَوْجٍ مَعَ جَدٍّ وَإِخْوَةٍ " أَخَذَهُ " أَيْ السُّدُسَ
