" فَإِنْ قَالَ " فِيهِمَا " لِي حُجَّةٌ وَأُرِيدُ حَلِفَهُ مُكِّنَ " لِأَنَّهُ قَدْ لَا يَحْلِفُ وَيُقِرُّ فَيَسْتَغْنِي الْمُدَّعِي عَنْ إقَامَةِ الْحُجَّةِ وَإِنْ حَلَفَ أَقَامَهَا وَأَظْهَرَ كَذِبَهُ فَلَهُ فِي طَلَبِ حَلِفِهِ غَرَضٌ " أَوْ " قَالَ " لَا " حُجَّةَ لِي أَوْ زَادَ عَلَيْهِ لَا حَاضِرَةً وَلَا غَائِبَةً أَوْ كُلُّ حُجَّةٍ أُقِيمُهَا فَهِيَ كَاذِبَةٌ أَوْ زُورٌ
