قَالَ - رَحِمَهُ اللَّهُ -: (فَإِذَا فَسَدَتْ فَلِلْعَامِلِ أَجْرُ مِثْلِهِ) لِأَنَّهَا فِي مَعْنَى الْإِجَارَةِ كَالْمُزَارَعَةِ إذَا فَسَدَتْ وَقَدْ تَقَدَّمَ بَيَانُهُ.
