النهر الفائق'Umar Ibn Nujaym

(وحاجة) أي: فرضًا أو نفلاً (مع غير الزوج) سواء كان معها محرم أو لا بعدما سلمت نفسها أو قبلها في ظاهر الرواية لما مر ولو تطوعًا

أما إذا حج معها فلها النفقة اتفاقًا يعني نفقة الحضر على مضى أنه ينظر إلى قيمة الطعام فيدفع لها

وقال أبو يوسف: إن حجت مع محرم كان لها النفقة، والأول قول محمد وهو الأظهر
