(وإن نقص) النصاب (في بعض الحول ببيع ونحوه) كما لو أبدل ما تجب في عينه بغير جنسه (لا فرارًا) من الزكاة (انقطع) حول النصاب؛ لأن وجوده في جميع الحول شرط لوجوب الزكاة ولم يوجد،
