(ولا تدفع) أي لا يجزئ دفع زكاة (لبني هاشم) وهم سلالته ذكورًا كانوا أو إناثًا، (ما لم يكونوا) أي بنو هاشم (غزاة أو مؤلفة أو غارمين لإصلاح ذات بين) فيعطون كذلك لعدم المنة،
