(فإذا وجب) القطع لاجتماع شروطه (قطعت يده اليمنى من مفصل كفه وحسمت) وجوبا بغمسها قى زيت مغلي لتسد أفواه العروق فيقطع الدم ولو ترك بلا غمس لنزف الدم فأدى إلى موته,
