(وَ) أُجْرَةُ (نَقْلٍ) لِمَبِيعٍ مَنْقُولٍ (عَلَى مُشْتَرٍ) نَصًّا ; لِأَنَّهُ لَا يَتَعَلَّقُ بِهِ حَقُّ تَوْفِيَةٍ

وَلَوْ قَالَ " أَخَذَ " لَتَنَاوَلَ غَيْرَ الْمُشْتَرِي، وَأُجْرَةُ دَلَّالٍ عَلَى بَائِعٍ إلَّا مَعَ شَرْطٍ
