(وَلِكُلٍّ) مِنْ الشَّرِيكَيْنِ فِي هَذَا الْقِسْمِ (مَا يَسْتَفِيدُهُ وَ) لَهُ (رِبْحُ مَالِهِ. وَ) لَهُ (أُجْرَةُ عَمَلِهِ) لَا يَشْرُكُهُ فِيهِ غَيْرُهُ لِفَسَادِ الشَّرِكَةِ
