شرح منتهى الإراداتal-Buhuti

(وَكَسْبِهِ) أَيْ: الْمَقُولِ لَهُ أَنْتَ حُرٌّ بَعْدَ مَوْتِي بِشَهْرَيْنِ (بَعْدَ الْمَوْتِ) أَيْ: مَوْتِ سَيِّدِهِ (وَقَبْلَ انْقِضَاءِ الشَّهْرِ لِلْوَرَثَةِ) كَكَسْبِ أُمِّ الْوَلَدِ فِي حَيَاةِ سَيِّدِهَا

(وكسبه) أي: كسب العبد (بعد الموت) أي: موت سيده (وقبل انقضاء الشهر للورثة) في الأصح، ككسب أم الولد في حياة سيدها.
