شرح منتهى الإراداتal-Buhuti

(وَالْغَارُّ مَنْ عَلِمَ رِقَّهَا) أَيْ الزَّوْجَةِ أَوْ رِقَّ بَعْضِهَا (وَلَمْ يُبَيِّنْهُ) لِلزَّوْجِ بَلْ أَتَى بِمَا يُوهِمُهُ حُرِّيَّتَهَا، كَمَا أَوْضَحْتُهُ فِي شَرْحِ الْإِقْنَاعِ .
