(وَيُحْسَبُ عَلَيْهِ زَمَنُ عُذْرِهِ) فِيهَا كَسَفَرٍ وَمَرَضٍ وَإِحْرَامٍ وَحَبْسٍ ; لِأَنَّ الْمَانِعَ مِنْ جِهَتِهِ وَقَدْ وُجِدَ التَّمْكِينُ مِنْهَا.
