(وَإِنْ خَافَ إنْ) لَمْ يُصَلِّ خَلْفَ فَاسِقٍ (أَذًى، صَلَّى خَلْفَهُ) لِمَا تَقَدَّمَ مِنْ قَوْلِهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «إلَّا أَنْ يَقْهَرَهُ بِسُلْطَانٍ» " إلَخْ (وَأَعَادَ) نَصًّا
