مسألة: (فَإنِ اخْتَلَفَا في نِيَّتِهَا) فقال: لم تَنْوِ الطَّلاقَ باخْتِيارِكِ نَفْسَكِ. فقالت: بل نَوَيْتُ (فالقَوْلُ قَوْلُهَا) لأنَّها أعلمُ بنِيَّتِها، ولا يُعْلَمُ ذلك إلَّا مِن جِهَتِها
