مسألة: (فإنْ شَرَطَ الوَفاءَ فيه، كان تَأْكِيدًا) وهو حَسَنٌ؛ لأنَّه شَرَطَ ما يَقْتَضِيه العَقْدُ، أشْبَهَ ما لو شَرَطَ الحُلُولَ في ثَمَنِ المَبِيعِ.
