أَمَّا التَّفَاضُلُ فَلِاخْتِلَافِ الْجِنْسِ، وَأَمَّا التَّقَابُضُ فَلِقَوْلِهِ - عَلَيْهِ الصَّلَاةُ وَالسَّلَامُ - «الذَّهَبُ بِالْوَرِقِ رِبًا إلَّا هَاءَ وَهَاءَ» .
