(قَوْلُهُ: وَلَيْسَ لِلشَّرِيكِ فِي الطَّرِيقِ وَالشِّرْبِ، وَالْجَارِ شُفْعَةٌ مَعَ الْخَلِيطِ) ؛ لِأَنَّهُ أَخَصُّ بِالضَّرَرِ مِنْهُمْ.
