(قَوْلُهُ وَلَا يَثْبُتُ الشُّرْبُ بِهَا)

؛ لِأَنَّهَا قَدْ تَكُونُ مِنْ غَيْرِهِ كَمَا قِيلَ:

يَقُولُونَ لِي انْكِهِ قَدْ شَرِبْت مُدَامَةً ... فَقُلْت لَهُمْ لَا بَلْ أَكَلْت السَّفَرْجَلَا وَانْكِهِ بِوَزْنِ امْنَعْ وَنِكْهُ مِنْ بَابِهِ: أَيْ أَظْهِرْ رَائِحَةَ فَمِك فَتْحٌ

(قَوْلُهُ بِالرَّائِحَةِ) بَدَلٌ مِنْ قَوْلِهِ بِهَا
