مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَيَتَّجِهُ: وَلَوْ) كَانَتْ الصَّلَاةُ الَّتِي أُقِيمَتْ نَافِلَةً (كَوِتْرٍ وَتَرَاوِيحَ) ، أَيْ: فَلَهُ أَنْ يُصَلِّيَهَا، وَيَبْنِي عَلَى مَا فَعَلَ مِنْ الْأَشْوَاطِ، وَهَذَا الِاتِّجَاهُ فِيهِ مَا فِيهِ، إذْ صَرِيحُ الْإِقْنَاعِ: أَنَّهُ يُصَلِّي، وَيَبْنِي إذَا أُقِيمَتْ صَلَاةٌ مَكْتُوبَةٌ،
