دَمَانِ: (دَمُ حَلْقٍ) فَعَلَهُ قَبْلَ إتْمَامِ عُمْرَتِهِ، (وَ: دَمُ وَطْءٍ فِي عُمْرَتِهِ، وَلَا يَصِحُّ لَهُ حَجٌّ وَلَا عُمْرَةٌ) ، لِفَسَادِ الْعُمْرَةِ بِالْوَطْءِ.

فِيهَا، وَعَدَمِ صِحَّةِ إدْخَالِ الْحَجِّ عَلَيْهَا حِينَئِذٍ،
