بَابٌ الْأَرْضُونَ الْمَغْنُومَةُ] (بَابٌ: الْأَرْضُونَ الْمَغْنُومَةُ) أَيْ: الْمَأْخُوذَةُ مِنْ كُفَّارٍ (ثَلَاثٌ) ، أَيْ: ثَلَاثَةُ أَصْنَافٍ إحْدَاهَا (عَنْوَةً) ، أَيْ: قَهْرًا، وَغَلَبَةً، (وَهِيَ مَا أُجْلُوا) ، أَيْ: أَجْلَى الْمُسْلِمُونَ أَهْلَهَا الْحَرْبِيِّينَ (عَنْهَا بِالسَّيْفِ، وَيُخَيَّرُ إمَامٌ) فِيهَا
