(وَلَا بَأْسَ بِذَوْقٍ مَبِيعٍ بِمَا يَحْصُلُ بِهِ) عِلْمٌ (عِنْدَ شِرَاءٍ نَصًّا وَلَوْ بِلَا إذْنٍ) لِقَوْلِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، وَلِجَرَيَانِ الْعَادَةِ بِهِ، وَقَدَّمَهُ فِي " الْفُرُوعِ "" وَالْمُبْدِعِ "" وَالْإِنْصَافِ " وَغَيْرِهَا، (خِلَافًا لَهُ) ؛ أَيْ لِصَاحِبِ " الْإِقْنَاعِ " حَيْثُ قَالَ: مَعَ الْإِذْنِ،
