(قَالَ بَعْضُهُمْ) : مِنْهُمْ صَاحِبُ الرِّعَايَةِ " وَالْحَاوِي " وَجَزَمَ بِهِ صَاحِبُ " الْمُنْتَهَى " فِي الصَّدَاقِ (إنْ لَمْ يَضُرَّ) الْحَمْلُ (بِاللَّحْمِ) ؛ أَيْ: لَحْمِ الْبَهِيمَةِ الْمَبِيعَةِ؛
