مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَيَصِحُّ تَصَرُّفُهُ فِيهِ) قَبْلَ قَبْضِهِ (بِعِتْقٍ) ، كَمَا لَوْ اشْتَرَى عَشَرَةَ عَبِيدٍ مَثَلًا، فَأَعْتَقَهَا قَبْلَ قَبْضِهَا، فَيَصِحُّ قَوْلًا وَاحِدًا، لِقُوَّةِ الْعِتْقِ وَسِرَايَتِهِ. (وَ) يَصِحُّ جَعْلُ مَبِيعٍ بِنَحْوِ كَيْلٍ عِوَضًا عَنْ (مَهْرٍ، وَ) يَصِحُّ (خُلْعٌ) عَلَيْهِ، (وَوَصِيَّةٌ) ، لِاغْتِفَارِ الْغَرَرِ فِيهَا.
