(إلَّا الْمَبِيعَ بِصِفَةٍ) - وَلَوْ مُعَيَّنًا - (أَوْ رُؤْيَةٍ مُتَقَدِّمَةٍ) عَلَى الْعَقْدِ، (فَلَا يَتَصَرَّفُ فِيهِ) مُشْتَرٍ قَبْلَ قَبْضِهِ (مُطْلَقًا) ، أَيْ: لَا بِبَيْعٍ وَلَا غَيْرِهِ.
