مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَهُوَ) - أَيْ: التَّيَمُّمُ - (مُبِيحٌ) لِلصَّلَاةِ وَنَحْوِهَا (لَا رَافِعٌ) لِلْحَدَثِ، لِقَوْلِهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - فِي حَدِيثِ أَبِي ذَرٍّ «فَإِذَا وَجَدْتَ الْمَاءَ فَأَمِسَّهُ جِلْدَكَ فَإِنَّهُ خَيْرٌ لَكَ» صَحَّحَهُ التِّرْمِذِيُّ وَلَوْ رَفَعَ الْحَدَثَ لَمْ يَحْتَجْ إلَى الْمَاءِ إذَا وَجَدَهُ.
