وَأَنَّ إطلَاقَ مَا مَرَّ مِنْ كَوْنِ مُفْلِسٍ وَبَائِعٍ حَيّان إلَى أَخْذِهَا مَحْمُولٌ عَلَى هَذَا .

(وَ) يَتَّجِهُ أَيْضًا (أَنَّ إطْلَاقَ مَا مَرَّ) فِي الْخِيَارِ (مِنْ كَوْنِ مُفْلِسٍ وَبَائِعٍ حَيًّا إلَى أَخْذِهَا) ؛ أَيْ: السِّلْعَةِ (مَحْمُولٌ عَلَى هَذَا) .

وَهُوَ اتِّجَاهٌ حَسَنٌ.
