(وَيَصِحُّ إقْرَارُ مَأْذُونٍ) لَهُ - (وَلَوْ صَغِيرٌ) مُمَيِّزًا - فِي قَدْرِ مَا أُذِنَ لَهُ (فِيهِ فَقَطْ) ؛ لِأَنَّ مُقْتَضَى الْإِقْرَارِ الصِّحَّةُ فِيمَا لَمْ يُؤْذَنْ لَهُ فِيهِ لِحَقِّ السَّيِّدِ، فَوَجَبَ بَقَاؤُهُ فِيمَا عَدَاهُ عَلَى مُقْتَضَاهُ
