وَبِزَوَالِ مُبِيحٍ لَهُ من نَحْو بَرْدٍ أَوْ مَرَضٍ

(وَ) يَبْطُلُ التَّيَمُّمُ أَيْضًا (بِزَوَالِ عُذْرٍ مُبِيحٍ لَهُ) - أَيْ: لِلتَّيَمُّمِ - (مِنْ نَحْوِ بَرْدٍ) زَالَ (أَوْ مَرَضٍ) عُوفِيَ مِنْهُ، لِأَنَّ التَّيَمُّمَ طَهَارَةٌ ضَرُورَةً فَيَزُولُ بِزَوَالِهَا،
