(وَكُرِهَ اسْتِعَارَةُ أَصْلِهِ) كَأَبِيهِ وَأُمِّهِ وَجَدِّهِ وَجَدَّتِهِ وَإِنْ عَلَوَا (لِخِدْمَتِهِ) ؛ لِأَنَّهُ يُكْرَهُ لِلْوَلَدِ اسْتِخْدَامُ أَحَدِهِمْ؛ فَكُرِهَتْ اسْتِعَارَتُهُ.
