(أَنْ يُسْرِعَ) فِي (مَشْيِهِ) ، بَلْ يَمْشِي عَلَى عَادَتِهِ، (أَوْ يُحَرِّكَ دَابَّتَهُ) إنْ رَكِبَ؛ لِأَنَّ الطَّلَبَ الْمَشْرُوطَ هُوَ الطَّلَبُ بِحُكْمِ الْعَادَةِ.
