(وَإِنْ لَمْ يَبْلُغْ مَنْ) - أَيْ: لَقِيطٌ - (قُلْنَا بِكُفْرِهِ تَبَعًا لِلدَّارِ) - أَيْ: دَارِ الْكُفْرِ - وَهُوَ مَنْ وُجِدَ فِي بَلَدِ أَهْلِ حَرْبٍ لَا مُسْلِمَ بِهِ، أَوْ بِهِ نَحْوُ تَاجِرٍ وَأَسِيرٍ، (حَتَّى صَارَتْ) دَارُ الْكُفْرِ (دَارَ إسْلَامٍ؛ فَهُوَ مُسْلِمٌ فِيهَا) ؛ أَيْ: حَكَمْنَا بِإِسْلَامِهِ تَبَعًا لِلدَّارِ؛ لِأَنَّهَا صَارَتْ دَارَ الْإِسْلَامِ.
