(أَوْ غُسِلَ) بِهِ (رَأْسُ) مُتَوَضِّئٍ (بَدَلًا عَنْ مَسْحٍ) فَلَا يَسْلُبُهُ الطَّهُورِيَّةَ، لِعَدَمِ وُجُوبِ غَسْلِهِ فِي الْوُضُوءِ.
